Keng Tung! Capital of the Golden Triangle

Originating in distant Tibet, the Thanlwin River, called Nu-jiang in China,
flows down through Yunnan and eventually enters Myanmar at the north part of Shan State.
The so-called "Golden Triangle Region", which is the "unexplored region" between
the West side of the Mekong basin and the East side of the Thanlwin River
with Keng Tung town at the center, has always captivated the imagination of the peoples of the world.
